Warner Brothers

For this collection of Warner Bros.–licensed candles, I led the creative vision from concept through final execution. As both a graphic and product designer, I designed the ceramic vessels inspired by iconic Warner Bros. properties, including Harry Potter™ and Friends™. I developed and pitched original concepts to the Warner Bros. product development team, then created detailed line sheets for ceramic suppliers and collaborated closely with factories to review and approve all pre-production samples. I also designed the packaging and box art for each product and oversaw product photography in partnership with our in-house photographer, personally retouching all final images to ensure a cohesive and polished presentation across the entire collection.

I designed a set of four Harry Potter x Charmed Aroma candles, each inspired by a different Hogwarts house and containing an exclusive necklace collection.

For the product photography, I wanted to create a setting that felt like a corner of the Hogwarts study hall. I painted charcoal grey wainscoting as the backdrop, styled the candles with thrifted leather-bound books, and used taped-together brown placemats as the tabletop surface.

The setup was simple but immersive, giving the images an authentic, in-world feel. This collection became one of our early best-sellers with Warner Bros., selling over 30,000 units, and earning a place as one of the first Charmed Aroma products carried at the Harry Potter New York flagship store.
